Our booking conditions/cancellation policy according to AGBH:

Cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge.

Cancellation 3 to 1 months prior to arrival: we charge a fee of 40 % of the total amount.

Cancellation 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: we charge a fee of 70 % of the total amount.

A cancellation within the last week prior to arrival: we charge a fee of 90 % of the total amount.
